Went to the Health department to have them correct the last issued certificate of my birth corrected. They had misspelled my name, my father’s name, my mother’s name and had the date of birth off by three days.
When I got there, with all my documentation and my father, The clerk checked the original records, and found they were all correct in the master book except one...which was easily corrected...All the mistakes had been an earlier clerks...”fat fingers”
Point is on the side of the new Birth Certificate was: Void if altered in any way.......
