I’m just SURE they will be successful at making it disappear from the internet.
I’d say OTHERS should get copies of it and post when the thesis is taken down... and continue posting it at other locations until a vote is taken.
Yep, I’m sure it’s already for sale on Ebay...paper edition, with backup CD, and if you order in the next 12 hours, “We’ll throw in the CliffNotes to go along with it.”.
It’s not the thesis....It’s the hiding of the contents of the thesis that should disqualify her.
Let’s make it go viral!
I’m sure its a torrent already....
Oh it ALREADY is...too bad....too bad for another Ivy League
Oligarch...
“...Copies provided by the Princeton University Archives are governed by U.S. Copyright Law ...”
BULL!!!!!!
I’ll post it where ever I deem appropriate!
AND, forward it in e-mail attachments!!!!
At most schools the student author owns the copyright, not the university. Universities generally have limited publishing rights (ie they can make it available but not sell it). If Ms. Kagan or a publisher she contracted to publish her thesis claims infringement, that’s a different story.
So are things different at Princeton?
