It's also complicating for Obambi that Janet Napolitano, the previous Governor of Arizona, sent 25 letters to the Bush administration asking them to do what Governor Jan Brewer just did on her own: take greater steps to enforce immigration law as part of a comprehensive push to SECURE THE BORDER.
