So can city people if they’ll stop and take the time to think about what could happen and if it did...would they be prepared????
I hope they will stop and think, soon. I do think more are waking up to this realization every day. Based on my observations over the years, I'd suspect the majority of folks, country and city, never contemplate such a crisis, much less be prepared for one, until the actual event jumps up and swarms them one morning, much like 9/11 did for me.
