If those numbers between Dems and Republicans hold, it looks like the Republicans are going to be hurting during the general.

That’s what you get when you have two lousy GOP candidates.

A lousy turn-out.

Actually Sarah did endorse Rand and even said so on Wallace’s show. Just today Cavuto Rand acknowledges Sarah’s endorsement.

“Just today Cavuto Rand acknowledges Sarah’s endorsement.”

Should have said: (My mistake.)

Just today on Cavuto, Rand acknowledges Sarah’s endorsement.

Goldwater was a Senator and a (real) presidential candidate, Paul never got taken seriously, now he is old.

The biggest television ad of Rand’s campaign was of Palin endorsing Rand in 2008.

Fox had the video pulled.

lol

Ron Paul couldn’t beat his way out of a paper bag, the man is the biggest loser next to Jessie Jackson in national politics.

From what I understand, Rand was on Cavuto today and mentioned Sarah, but nary a word about his old man.

Curious.

Rand is obviously brighter than his dad.

Remember the true political loser, Alan Keyes.

I believe that Jesse Jackson has been more successful than Ron Paul in a fake presidential race hasn’t he?

Well according to ol’ Pops, Sarah is a country club republican, or some crap like that. Don’t get me wrong, Pops Paul has some good qualities, kinda like that crazy Uncle. But unfortunately, its the crazy you remember (and what he’s known for).

Rand is obviously brighter than his dad.

He has also won a bigger race than his father ever did.

If he can continue to overcome his last name, then he may become a Senator.

I hope the weirdos don't cost us this Senate seat.

Good comparison. Crazy uncle.

(Who endorses leftists).

Fortunately, he'll never get near the presidency, but he can do a lot of damage in our extremely important goal of getting Obama out of office. That's what I'm most afraid of with this particular crazy uncle.

"Overcome his last name." Yes. That's exactly what he needs to do to be taken seriously as a conservative running for national office.

That's probably why he talked about Sarah today on Cavuto and not Dad.

“if numbers hold” is silly — those figures are a tiny sample, and almost all counties have no reports. Also, KY has closed prmaries, so if it is a heavily dem registered county reporting, it will be all dems, and vice-versa. Let’s get some full returns before getting too snarky.

If Ron Paul wasn't "taken seriously", there wouldn't be a Rand Paul successfully running for the Senate. Much/most of Rand's campaign contributions came from his dad's fans before anyone even knew what Rand Paul was really about, other than being his father's son.

Ron Paul may never become president, but I would not underestimate his effect on today's politics.

LOL! Yes, if someone want to "be taken seriously as a Conservative" the very FIRST thing they must do is talk about Sarah Palin. LOLOL!

That is a pretty devastating thing to say about Rand. Ron could never win anything out side of that safe little district, even people like Charles Rangel get those.
