Good point. Just maybe if Blanche had cast that one deciding vote in favor of filibustering health care last December she would be running much better tonight.
I looked at her Primary results in 2004 and she had only one challenger and the votes were:
Licoln - 229,259 (83.13%)
Burks - 46,541 (16.88%)
Looks like she has lost some of her lustre from 2004
