Yes. In the spirit of Charlie Sheen ... you don’t pay hookers for sex, you pay them to leave.
She probably has enough on him that if she did come out with it all, it would make even Nike say "Ta-Ta Tiger."
For example: How many confrontations did they have over his, ahem, "activities", before it finally blew up last November.
More likely, how many times did she witness him using PED's?

Personally, I have no sympathy for Tiger Woods. He did the deeds now his wife is going to make him pay and pay.
But with that being said. What if the roles were reversed? Would we be saying Go Tiger Go, Take her for all she’s worth and will ever make? I don’t think so. And that just goes to highlight the double standards we take for granted now-a-days. It’s an interesting world we live in, isn’t it?
Well, I can’t speak to her private personality, but I respect her behavior in response to her husbands betrayal. My wife would act in a similar fashion, as would I.
One affair might allow for a resolution, but his trainwreck pretty much demands divorce. She has acted in a very normal fashion, including chasing him with a golfclub :)

From the looks of it, she actually did really love him, thus the hate. He, otoh, acted with total indifference to her. Conclusion: he never loved her.
I know a man who goes through a girlfriend a year, just about. A wife and small children have been abandoned the same way. One thing he always says in a very complimentary way- as if it is a huge source of pride-we're still friends. We're not mad at each other, just didn't work out.
I used to feel somewhat bad, because, if my husband treated me that way, I would hate ! The I realized that the love he proposes to have for these women is so incredibly shallow, of course it is easy to still be friends. He doesn't even know the meaning of the word Love.

Apart from what you mentioned...the main reason is purely technical. His slimy little lawyers will find some obscure reference that meant that she broke the confidentiality agreement therefore gets no money. It happens all the time.
BTW, he must have been REALLY bad if he needs an agreement from her since his reputation is already in the cesspool. How worse could it be? Dare I ask....

The golf channel is teasing with the HGH story. It looks like tiger was a myth. come out with the true story already. Tiger was not only cheating with the tramps, he was cheating with HGH and the media was covering it up for years. They all owe pro golfers an apology for making the PGA about tiger. By the way, whats his real name? Does anybody know?
I don’t think its about the money in this case. Elin hates him......hates him real bad. She couldn’t even watch him on TV at The Masters. As they say..”Hell hath no fury...” She just wasn’t scorned she was stomped on and she wants to stomp him back.
