“”I personally believe the climate is changing, I also believe that it is normal, and again, God is in control. Nothing to get exited about.””

I agree!!

Really? Where is the periodic table contained? Maxwell’s equations explained? The laws of thermodynamics detailed?

The Bible is a philosophical book that may assist in understanding of how science and man can work together, but as far as an actual, referential science book? When you can show the above questions I’ll agree...

Here are a few Scriptures to look at while we watch the pure paganism of liberals unfold...
Praise God for HIS mercy to HIS people!

Proverbs 8:22-31
22”The LORD possessed me at the beginning of His way,
Before His works of old.
23”From everlasting I was established,
From the beginning, from the earliest times of the earth.
24”When there were no depths I was brought forth,
When there were no springs abounding with water.
25”Before the mountains were settled,
Before the hills I was brought forth;
26While He had not yet made the earth and the fields,
Nor the first dust of the world.
27”When He established the heavens, I was there,
When He inscribed a circle on the face of the deep,
28When He made firm the skies above,
When the springs of the deep became fixed,
29When He set for the sea its boundary
So that the water would not transgress His command,
When He marked out the foundations of the earth;
30Then I was beside Him, as a master workman;
And I was daily His delight,
Rejoicing always before Him,
31Rejoicing in the world, His earth,
And having my delight in the sons of men.

Psalm 104:5-9
5He established the earth upon its foundations,
So that it will not totter forever and ever.
6You covered it with the deep as with a garment;
The waters were standing above the mountains.
7At Your rebuke they fled,
At the sound of Your thunder they hurried away.
8The mountains rose; the valleys sank down
To the place which You established for them.
9You set a boundary that they may not pass over,
So that they will not return to cover the earth.

Job 38:4-11
4”Where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth?
Tell Me, if you have understanding,
5Who set its measurements? Since you know.
Or who stretched the line on it?
6”On what were its bases sunk?
Or who laid its cornerstone,
7When the morning stars sang together
And all the sons of God shouted for joy?
8”Or who enclosed the sea with doors
When, bursting forth, it went out from the womb;
9When I made a cloud its garment
And thick darkness its swaddling band,
10And I placed boundaries on it
And set a bolt and doors,
11And I said, ‘Thus far you shall come, but no farther;
And here shall your proud waves stop’?

Jeremiah 5:20-31
20”Declare this in the house of Jacob
And proclaim it in Judah, saying,
21’Now hear this, O foolish and senseless people,
Who have eyes but do not see;
Who have ears but do not hear.
22’Do you not fear Me?’ declares the LORD
‘Do you not tremble in My presence?
For I have placed the sand as a boundary for the sea,
An eternal decree, so it cannot cross over it.
Though the waves toss, yet they cannot prevail;
Though they roar, yet they cannot cross over it.
23’But this people has a stubborn and rebellious heart;
They have turned aside and departed.
24’They do not say in their heart,
“Let us now fear the LORD our God,
Who gives rain in its season,
Both the autumn rain and the spring rain,
Who keeps for us
The appointed weeks of the harvest.”
25’Your iniquities have turned these away,
And your sins have withheld good from you.
26’For wicked men are found among My people,
They watch like fowlers lying in wait;
They set a trap,
They catch men.
27’Like a cage full of birds,
So their houses are full of deceit;
Therefore they have become great and rich.
28’They are fat, they are sleek,
They also excel in deeds of wickedness;
They do not plead the cause,
The cause of the orphan, that they may prosper;
And they do not defend the rights of the poor.
29’Shall I not punish these people?’ declares the LORD,
‘On a nation such as this
Shall I not avenge Myself?’
30”An appalling and horrible thing
Has happened in the land:
31The prophets prophesy falsely,
And the priests rule on their own authority;
And My people love it so!
But what will you do at the end of it?

Amos 4:13
13For behold, He who forms mountains and creates the wind
And declares to man what are His thoughts,
He who makes dawn into darkness
And treads on the high places of the earth,
The LORD God of hosts is His name.

The Bible teaches so much more than that. In fact, those laws are just a small part of the knowledge that avails to one if they can tap into the Divine Library available to those who follow the teachings and grow. Your intellectual understanding is just a small part of the process. It’s so much more than that.

I don't deny any of that, but the fact remains: it's not a science textbook, any more than it is a "Learning French 101" textbook.

I would love to personally invite you to a workshop on the science in/of the Bible..... Once you see it, you would understand what I mean. The Bible has the clues/keys which when used allows for expansion of consciousness that in turn allows you to tap into the exact knowledge you say is not in the Bible. It’s all there in the collective consciousness.

Just send chapter and verse that references the Noble gases, or the coupling of the E and M fields. That should suffice...

Actually, there is quite a bit of evidence of global warming.

If we take a literal interpretation of Genesis Ch 2, it would take an Ice Age event to place Eden and its Garden at the juncture of four rivers, two of which really don’t exist, less there be an Ice Age event, the best position for Eden is north of Cyprus, and west of Syria.

The story of Noah is better explained using the Missoula Glacier Lake model.

The Dead sea was much deeper 2000 years ago.

The older models of the Fertile Crescent were in the Mediterranean Sea unlike today versions.

We are overlooking what might have been.

Most Sincerely,

Paul Pierett
