A Seattle man charged with rape has been deported multiple times over the last 15 years.
Edmonds Police say the man was caught in the act when a passerby heard calls for help outside a grocery store Sunday evening.
Police arrested 46-year old Jose Madrigal. A background check reveals at least four deportations. U.S. officials won't confirm his legal status but he's on "immigration hold," meaning they want him when this case is resolved.
The Snohomish County prosecutor has filed a second degree rape charge in district court, meaning Madrigal can be held without release for two weeks.
offer sanctuary.
The victims can blame the open border Quisling traitors.
Call the White House, ask Felipe Calderon what he thinks they should do.
...my solution would solve the problem.
You don’t need to. Obama will certainly ask him.
Maybe he can get Aunt Zeituni’s immigration lawyer.
I hope they’ve read him his Miranda “rights.” After all, that’s the Seattle thing to do.
Not quite correct. He can be held for 14 days at which time he must either be arraigned or released.
This alleged crime did not happen in Seattle (King County). It was in Snohomish County.
Another U.S. Government approved immigrant
Mexican President Felipe Calderon can hardly contain his revulsion and rage against Arizonas SB 1070. Hes “deeply troubled” over a law he denounces as “discriminatory and racist,” not to mention a dire threat to the whole Hispanic-American population.” This new Arizona law “opens the door to intolerance, hate, discrimination and abuse in law enforcement,” sputters the Mexican President.
Indeed, this threat to Hispanics and these abuses in law enforcement,” have been ongoing for years. All of the hate and abuses in law enforcement as reported by AP befell Central American migrants who enter Mexico.
AP reported that Maria Elena Gonzalez, reported how female migrants were forced to strip by abusive Mexican police officers, supposedly to search them, but the purpose is to sexually abuse them.”
Jose Ramos, 18, reported that extortion by border police occurs at every stop on their migratory route. Until migrants are left penniless and begging for food.
According to AP: Others said they had seen migrants beaten to death by Mexican police, their bodies left near the railway tracks to make it look as if they had fallen from a train. “If you’re carrying any money, they take it from you,” said Carlos Lopez.
“Federal, state, local Mexican police—all of them shake you down. If you’re on a bus, they pull you off and search your pockets, and if you have any money, they keep it all and say, get out of here. Police shake down motorists on bogus traffic stops so regularly it is like going through a toll - money paid right there on the spot or your car gets impounded. (Excerpt) Read more at townhall.com
"Background check"... isn't that exactly what has the media's bowels in a twist - AZ police doing "background checks" on people suspected of criminal behavior?
I love how no one will confirm Jose’s immigration status. Why the hell not?
Media used to keep us informed. Not anymore. Now it’s all propaganda, spin and misinformation.
Deported four times, and still illegally entering the US to rape the women that Americans won’t....
In saner times, good men just strung up bastards like this. That tended to discourage similar acts by perverts and criminals.
I was on a night bus from Mexico City headed to Nvo. Laredo, the Migrant police got on, took 2 boys off the bus, when they got back on, they said in Spanish...to me that the police took $100 from each one of them, and let them go.
Precisely my thinking. A few dollars in lead, powder, and brass.
Good point, while the city council of Seattle is decrying the Arizona affirmation of federal law, they have feral mexicans in their backyard. Like I have been saying lately, this immigration mess will not be solved until it personally affects someone who is “important”. Read between the lines here. You know what I mean.
Boycott Seattle.
>A few dollars in lead, powder, and brass.
...will get you several ‘do over’s.
