Dear GOP,

While I'm shocked and awed by your sudden support of Arizona's laws, you missed an opportunity. The Mexican president opened the door for a reciprocal salvo.

'Of course the President of Mexico is opposed to the laws in Arizona, as his nation refuses to extradite cop killers, child rapists, and runs a nation that is so awful that his people are fleeing to the United States. In Mexico if you're an illegal, you go to prison, not to a bus stop to the border. But our laws are unconscionable because his people refuse to follow them. President Calderon should return to Mexico and rather than telling others what to do, should concentrate on putting down the drug rebellion in his country.'

Isn’t it sickening to watch the congress people falling all over themselves and practically knocking each other down to shake this guy’s hand. One guy looked so ridiculous when Felipe turned the other way and left the idiot standing there with his hand stuck out. No dignity whatsoever.

Can you imagine how much campaign cash could have been raked in by a congressman who had the nerve to stand up, turn around and "moon" Calderone?

“It’s inappropriate for a head of state to question our laws, especially when the state of Arizona only acted in the best interest of its citizens and with the support of seventy percent of its people,” said Hatch in a statement.
~~~~~~~~~~
Yes it is, and what did Hatch say about Obama? crickets....
Obama is fully aware that the Arizona law mirrors the Federal law, yet standing beside the president of a foreign country, Obama took sides with Calderon, against his own country and his own Federal law -— by any standard, traitorous and lawless behavior.
By siding against the United States and the Arizona law that mirrors the Federal law, which he refuses to enforce, Obama makes his clearest statement to date that he is above the law and has an allegiance other than the United States and its Constitution.
This is the headline, not the stupefying arrogance and hypocrisy of Calderon. Barely anyone has noticed....
“The state of Arizona is stepping in where the federal government has failed,”
The only thing this Congress and a Democratic President is going to protect is their right to redistribute income and take property.
It would have been “inappropriate” if the Mexican President had stood up in front of Congress and picked his nose.
What he actually did was speak against our country, its sovereignty, and the rule of law.
It was a hostile act by a foreign power.
Those who stood and applauded are traitors to our country.
"Finally, a statesman...in Washington! That same ‘statesman’ tried to get changes to the Presidential requirements per Constitution so that Swartzenfraud could run for president.
Disappointed! I thought we finally had REAL representative. >:-(
"an you imagine how much campaign cash could have been raked in by a congressman who had the nerve to stand up, turn around and "moon" Calderone?
It would be cool if Congress painted their faces blue and shouted, "FREEDOM!" in a Scottish accent during the mooning
It shows how bad things have gotten when this seemed to me like a bold move on the part of a member of Congress.
Our founding fathers are crying somewhere if they know what’s happening.
Would have been nice if the Republican Party had blasted the remarks.
I remember as a 7yr. old kid back in the 1960’s my step mother constantly harping on her two brothers to keep their Green Cards in there wallet so that they could identify themselves to police as working visa permitted.
What’s the big deal?
(dont answer that)...
