ABC News' Ariane de Vogue reports:
Officials at National Archives (in charge of Kagan papers at the Clinton Library) are very worried about the release of documents. In large part because of email -- the amount of paper is unprecedented: 160,000.
The Roberts papers (which seemed like the mother of all dumps) was a mere 70,000.

Even if it was 20 pages, they wouldn’t read it. Doesn’t matter.
Holder couldn’t be bothered to read the AZ laws, for cripes sake...leave it to these aholes to do a 160,000 page “document dump” that is useless...except to cloud things...typical lawyer tactic.
LOL, gee, I wonder if the Clinton Library thought of that?
It would be best if the Republicans scrutinized every page, very slowly. If the effect was to delay the hearings until after the election, then great. Particularly if the results of the election will alter the make-up of the Senate committee.
could the Republicans verbally READ IT INTO THE RECORD during the floor debate? At least then she could not get confirmed until 2027...
“It would be best if the Republicans scrutinized every page, very slowly.”
I got pulled into some nasty business litigation once and we did this to the other side when they actually sent a dozen file boxes of un-marked folders dumped into them (literally) and we showed up at the deposition and I started pulling the papers one at a time from the boxes...the litigants almost lost their minds (paying about $550 hour) to watch me do this...they agreed to a mediation and we were given an award...the lawyers on both sides, of course, making all the money...but it never occurred to them that we would not do their filing on our dime.
It was a lie from the start....they never intended to be “transparent.”
Even if it was 20 pages, they wouldnt read it. Doesnt matter.
Good one, I can only add that it is 160,000 pages more than obummer ever wrote, or that we can find.
Reschedule the confirmation hearings after the material has been thoroughly examined. If it takes until 2013 to do so, so be it.
Exactly!
