SEIU thugs are thugs only in places where they are CERTAIN that they can get away with it. The District of Columbia is one of those places.
Do you remember the well dressed black man at the Phoenix Tea Party, with the high powered rifle over his shoulder? Did the cops remove him? No. Was SEIU there? No. Wonder why? It is because we would either kick their butts, or shoot them.
There ya go. Now you are in a fairly strong legal position.
I recommend that you video record the violent actions (to save the batteries you can start AFTER taunting), and upload to a remote server. And, of course, it's unsafe to try to handle a firearm and a video camera at the same time, so put the camera down and turn it off when you are forced to handle your firearm.
