As an American citizen you cannot open an account at BOA without a US govt issued ID.
As an illegal you can use your mexican ID.
I hate the BOA, but I hate the actions of the SEIU even more. You are right though, they are attacking one of their own, the BOA was probably the first in the country to offer services to illegals.

i take him there, i’m overwhelmed by number of signs in
spanish, they only hire bilingual people who are often difficult
to understand, the place is crowded with illegals. i would
never give them any business. i think they are traitors to their own
country.
