Just speculating how many would hop in their car and drive to Arizona?

It's about an 800 mile drive for me.

Perhaps a better question might be how many plan to vacation there, and just in case anything untoward happens while they're there, intend to have the equipment and supplies along with them if the balloon does indeed go up.

Curiously, if you listen to any of the Lost Causers at FreeRepublic, they all whine about how totally "f'd" up the south is (while scapegoating blame on the north). So which is it? Is the country stronger than before or did the last attempt at secession damage her?

Very optimistic. I would say it us unrealistic. The country did emerge better after the first secession with the end of slavery but that was certainly not the Confederates' motivation for rebellion.

Do you advocate being complicit in death of our natural rights through inaction? Do you advocate being complicit in the evil this nation will do in our name?

The answer is yes to both. The Yankee War surely damaged America - on both sides. Much of the South was laid waste; while the cost in lives then would be a comparable NINE MILLION today. Out of this chaos came a renewed America grew to be the most powerful on Earth.

I have enough faith in the American spirit and the commitment to freedom that our people have, that, should secession and war be repeated, the same renewal will happen.
