1) For bringing mentally ill homeless people to the home where his angelic daughters lived(cough up a few bucks for a roofer, Ed)

2) So I never have to see his smarmy punk ass on TV with asshat John Walsh again.

I agree with gundog. He was trying to save a dollar to put a roof. His cheapness almost killed his family.
