A top Department of Homeland Security official reportedly said his agency will not necessarily process illegal immigrants referred to them by Arizona authorities.
John Morton, assistant secretary of homeland security for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, made the comment during a meeting on Wednesday with the editorial board of the Chicago Tribune, the newspaper reports. "I don't think the Arizona law, or laws like it, are the solution," Morton told the newspaper. The best way to reduce illegal immigration is through a comprehensive federal approach, he said, and not a patchwork of state laws. The law, which criminalizes being in the state illegally and requires authorities to check suspects for immigration status, is not "good government," Morton said.

Well then he needs to resign his position or be fired because the FEDERAL law he is sworn to uphold is a "law like it".

When you think the mess can’t get any worse...and yet it does...this is mind boggling. WHERE are the FED’s when it comes to protecting the borders?
The Feds "processing" of illegals means basically giving them a meal, taking their fingerprints, and sending them back to Mexico on a Wackenhut bus.

It wqs time thirty five years ago to shut down the subversive Federal programs. Apparently Congress was already taken over. They’ve been operating under a false hood ever since.

Begin impeachment proceedings. The administration is not allowed to ignore the law of the land. The AZ law is simply a restatement of the federal law; and ICE has one job, one reason to exist. Ignoring or refusing to do their duty is dereliction, malfeasance of office. The dereliction of ICE is simply symptomatic of the dereliction of the walking human defect, brocko himself.
Not just ICE but the entire Dept of Homeland Defense. They are NOT defending OUR homeland
Take them, drive them deep into Mexico, dump them, and tell them if they want to come back, to go to California where they will be welcomed with open arms. Just stay out of AZ.
