NEW YORK (CBS) Four ruthless young men promised a 14-year-old boy they would stop picking on him if he let them tattoo his buttocks with an image of a penis and the words "poop d**k" -- and then they proceeded to do exactly that, say police.
According to The Smoking Gun, a New Hampshire boy was enticed to a Concord home on May 10, where three Concord High School students and one former student warned the teen that he'd be getting the tattoo "whether he liked it or not," said investigators.
Investigators said the boy asked what would happen if he tried to flee and the bullies told him they'd catch him and beat him up, reported the website.
The victim, a ninth grader, has been "frequenly targeted for ridicule by upper classmen," investigators said, according to The Smoking Gun. They said the victim suffers from "learning disabilities and self-esteem issues."
Police have arrested the four suspects, Donald Wyman, 20, Ryan Fisk, 19, Travis Johnston, 18, and Blake VanNest, 18. A fifth attacker, who is 15, is also expected to be charged.
The alleged bullies are charged with numerous crimes, including assault, endangering the welfare of a minor, criminal threatening, and tattooing without a license, says the website.
Sigh... What kind of sick losers are we raising in this country these days?
I can think of four ruthless a.h.s our society can do without in perpetuity.

They were just following the Golden Rule - doing unto this boy what they wanted done to themselves.
I say give them what they want, and more of it.
I’d say the an image of a penis and the words “poop d**k” should be tattooed on the forehead of this ****-wads.
But they would probably like that idea.

I can imagine if 3 or 4 years ago they got a job at a local airport washing and waxing, planes or cars at a police department, or firehouse. Ditto that if they joined the Civil Air Patrol or Marine Corps for kids, They wouldn't be here looking like this....

The punishment should be placement of a tattoo of a penis on their buttocks with the words “Insert Here” and then send them to prison for 6 months. Just kidding, mostly.
Sounds like we have a group of closet cases here. A stint in prison might satisfy their desires.

Four of the five are adults and the victim was a minor. I wish I could see their crying faces as they're led away to serve their sentences.
