The MSM....desperate to put a face/name to the Tea Party because having millions oppose socialism is alien and frightening to them.
Palin...Gingrich...Paul. They so need and want a villain - anyone will do as long as the character assassination machine can stay cranked up.

"That is absurd, of course, as is the notion that the Obama administration has embraced a socialist economic program....." Gee. Obama's programs certainly look socialist to ME.

Ever since he lost the bid for the presidency Al Gore has prowled the edges of insanity.

That is absurd, of course, as is the notion that the Obama administration has embraced a socialist economic program As is the notion that the reporter is nothing but a socialist shill, thug, commie.

I’m no fan of Newt these days, but “disgrace?” The ones who should be addressing “disgrace” are the LA Times who took a once thriving corporation in a beautiful, prosperous city and ran them both into the ground.

“That is absurd, of course. . . .”
Speaks for itself.
On the other hand, what this Commie shill doesn’t mention is that Newt worked very hard, for cash and favors, to elect Dede Scozzafava, and to defeat the Conservative candidate.
He succeeded, and as a result the Democrats have one more seat in congress to pass stuff like Obamacare, thanks to Newt the Commie enabler.

Newt had an affair; clinton had an affair; the Governor of NY had an affair; there are affairs all over the place these days, but Newt is singled out as the one which was a "disgrace".

Whatever peoples’ opinions are of Newt, I’d say you’ve got to give him credit for being one of the VERY FEW who are actually saying what NEEDS to be said out loud.
“The secular-socialist machine represents as great a threat to America as Nazi Germany or the Soviet Union once did.”
It needs to be said loudly and often!

Yep - that statement jumps off the page, doesn’t it. The delusion is strong.

A wife (wives) cheater is the lowest of of the low. Yes, Newt was a disgrace. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt on the misuse of funds issue.

Is Newt still pushing that Climate Change fraud? It is ridiculous to make him the face of the Tea Party.
To: Oldeconomybuyer
IMO, Newt is so yesterday. He should just get off the stage and see if he can find a real job in the real world.

The LA Times is running scared. Heard Newt at the NRA convention and he was awesome. He is a seasoned fighter throwing the light of truth on the Nazi libs and like roaches they are scattering.
(I love to call the libs Nazis because they REALLY hate it, plus they are too comfortable with their label of "commie".)

That is absurd, of course, as is the notion that the Obama administration has embraced a socialist economic program... Does Rutten think that Lenin or Hitler were OBVIOUS dictators, running (if you will) on the Tyranny Party platform? Tyrants rarely show their true colors until their power and agenda is unstoppable!

A wife (wives) cheater is the lowest of of the low. Yes, Newt was a disgrace. Ill give him the benefit of the doubt on the misuse of funds issue. That's not why he resigned. The Times said he resigned in "disgrace" implying he resigned in the midst of a scandal.
