Actually, I find it encouraging that so few people jump on these Manning threads compared to the more basic birth certificate and NBC threads. Maybe it means there really are levels of obvious insanity and stupidity from which almost anyone recoils.

Can you imagine it even being a question for any other resident of the Oval Office? There were loonies on the left who thought Bush faked his whole National Guard record. The "birthers" are our version of these folks.
