EDMONDS, Wash. – The KING 5 Investigators have learned that an illegal immigrant accused of raping a woman in Edmonds Sunday has been deported nine times. That's much more than previously reported.
Immigrations and Customs Enforcement won't comment on the case of Jose Lopez Madrigal. But KING 5 got the information through confidential sources and documents.
Larry Klein was the man who heard the alleged victim's cries for help. Police the suspect pulled the woman off the street to a dumpster and raped her.
"I could see the back of his head. I could see his pants were down. I could see her lying on the ground. I could hear her crying, but I couldn't really see her face," said Klein.
Klein called police, who quickly arrested the suspect. But learning his identity took much longer because of some 30 aliases. It was only through fingerprints that they identified him as Madrigal, a Mexican citizen.

A concerned citizen reported suspicious individuals walking through a residential area carrying a rifle. Local law enforcement officials requested assistance, and a CBP air asset located the subjects. Agent on the ground apprehended the subjects and seized a backpack containing the weapons.
Tucson Sector – Border Patrol agents seized a Ford van and arrested a USC and eight illegal aliens from Mexico near Green Valley, Arizona. An agent conducted a vehicle stop on the van being driven by the USC, when all nine subjects attempted to abscond. The USC resisted arrest and the agent deployed Border Patrol-issued oleoresin capsicum spray to subdue him. Agents then searched the area and located the eight passengers who absconded from the vehicle.
El Centro Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien from Guatemala near Cathedral City, California. Records checks revealed the subject had a prior conviction for sexual battery in the state of California and had been previously removed from the United States.
El Paso Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien from Mexico near El Paso, Texas. During processing, the subject admitted to being a Sureño gang member. Records checks revealed he had a prior conviction for domestic violence and had been previously removed from the United States.

Illegal Mexicans have created an epic mountain of fraud in the U.S. not to mention leaving a massive wake of American victims of their never ending violent crime.
