When you check ID’s in the Chow Hall, you always look at the women’s SSN to see where they are from, to see if she is from your home state
Now I did this in 1977-1981. I got my SSN in 70. I registered early
I have the right number for my state. So did the WM’s whose ID’s I checked. I find it hard to believe that system was that far different.
It usually matched your home state because the SS office in your state is more likely to have processed it. see link at post 43. How many times do we have to go back through this?
