Did you ever drive in PA? With all the tolls and “fines-doubled” zones you’d think they might fix a pot hole or two. I think the money is going down a black hole (or, at least, to cover ridiculous pension benefits for public “servants”).
Yes I drive thru most summers. Between the perpetual interstate work in Wilkes-Barre, the I81 work that shut down 2 of 3 lanes last summer and the nonstop pot hole between Pt. Jervis and the NY state line I have a little experience. The bottom line is no matter how much the state collects the roads will never be appreciably better. LOL, that won’t stop taxes from going up tho and dim voters from believing the shtick. Frankly the electorate of PA seems not too bright....at least many of them.
