Biden: Maybe the EU capital is the center of the free world

As Joe Biden gaffes go, this ones a
medium. Biden saluted Brussels, Belgium in the opening of his address to the European Parliament with the traditional, obsequious praise all speakers offer to another country when addressing their legislatures well, almost all, anyway. However, as Biden is wont to do, he goes overboard, and in the process denigrates his peers in the American political system and his own country:

He may be a complete dumbass, but at least he didn’t denigrate their domestic policies while he was addressing them.

Being VP “denigrates his peers in the American political system and his own country.”

U.S. Vice President (try not to laugh) Joe
'not the sharpest knife in the drawer' Biden is attempting to mimic Obama's now-routine denigration of the United States of America as the preeminent super power on the world stage. A position we've held for many decades based on our robust ecomomy, strong, efficient military and our people's willingness to stand up to tyranny and help the world's poor.
Today, Obama and the Democrat congress is wrecking the U.S. economy as fast as they can, diminishing our defenses, insulting our allies, apologizing to our enemies and generally attempting to make the U.S. about as important as, oh, I don't know, say, Belgium.
Hey, if that is your view of America - a second-rate, oppressive country entering a steep, well-deserved decline (Obama's view) - then Brussels may well seem to be the most important place on the planet. Especially if you're an idiot like Joe 'I'm not too smart but I can lift heavy things' Biden.

Remind me again in what country he is (questionably) the #2 political leader.

I can’t tell if these were prepared remarks he’s reading off a like teleprompter like his boss or if he’s just talking out his a$$ again. Bottom line is he may be the worst vice president in American history.

Biden These guys seem to be in a competition to determine who can put down and insult America the furthest. Biden is an idiot but we can't disregard Obama in this department, either.
