For those who are interested, a little known (to the present age) educator and poet and staunch anti-communist by the name of E. Merrill Root wrote a couple of excellent books on how the communist agenda was being pushed through the education system.

I graduated from public school and a state university. I also taught biology and chemistry in a public high school for three years before I left teaching for another career. That was thirty years ago. Today, I would never send my children or grandchildren to a public school. I do not wish to demean all public school teachers or administrators, but the public schools throughout this nation are not fit for man nor beast. It is more miseducation than education. If it is at all possible, I would encourage parents to send their children to a private, or parochial, or home schools.

US history has been severely re-written. Kids are not taught the facts of history, rather, they are taught emotions of political agendas.

There was a thread on FR the other day where the liberals on this school board objected to using Obama’s middle name in the text books. The repubs on the board acquiesced!

A Freeper commented that we should erase MLK's middle name also. He should just be refered to in text books as Martin King from now on.

The left expropriating and rewriting our history and culture is normal. The culture war only occurs when conservatives try to hold the line, or better yet fight back. We are facing a cultural revolution. Fight back or have your children enslaved. The louder they scream, the better you are doing.
