Every nation that ever as accepted the gay life style as mainstream has failed to survive, but falls apart due to lack of social cohesion. Gays destroy the glue that holds society together.The fall of Tibet Rome and Greece are all cases in point.Things that give society continuity are destroyed by gays: birth of children,patriotism, selfless service to others becomes :its all about me", the military become social conventions pretending to be military, resources go to art but not to government and defence, STDs become rampant.This is what happens to social cohesion when gays become involved in the distribution of power in society.

It is a slap in the face to everyone who ever served. Handicapped people are willing to give their life for their country so where do we draw the line, no paraplegics or quadrapelgics? Every year thousands of service members are discharged for failure to maintain their weight, fat body discrimination must stop! We need to redefine standards because fat bodies are willing to serve and die. Allot of people from allot of groups are barred from service, for the good of the service. Does not mean they are not patriotic, I know of men who starved themselves to make weight to enlist, but could not sustain their weight and were kicked out. Lieberman is a scum bag, literally and figuratively.

To be honest, I have served with homosexuals, we knew who they were. If they were not caught in the act, it was not an issue. For the most part they were good at their jobs, they were good Sailors and yes good Marines. I know one Marine that was pretty tough, I would not have called him a fag to his face. Don't ask, don't tell works, why screw with it. Oh...sorry I forgot who is running the country at this time. Repubs need to block this, the reason they are rushing this through is because it is NOT popular with the rank file in the military. If they cannot get this done by November, it will not get done unless Obama wins in 2012. Straight female members are harassed by lesbians more than men are by gays. If I remember correctly under DADT more females have been discharged than males. Officer will NOT be respected, Senior Enlisted who come out will not be respected, there will be fights, gay pride month and rainbow banners on bases. Chaplains will be order to conduct gay marriages and counsel gay couples or get out. I guess there will only be Episcopal and some Lutheran Chaplains.

So it takes 3 years, half-a-dozen environmental impact studies and hundreds of thousands of dollars to even put a shovel in the ground to build something. But we can launch a potentially devastating social experiment on our armed forces without so much as a tough question. I’m starting to wish for bad things to happen to these assclowns.

Divert and distract while the economy is tanking, unemployment remains high, the Administration has failed to contain the oil spill in the Gulf, the Iranians continue on their path to nuclear weapons, NK and South Korea are squaring off for a possible war, etc.

Obama, the community organizer continues to use issues like immigration and gay rights to divide and polarize the American people and energize his base.

Also, during my short stint as a Naval Reserve Recruiter at North Island, my CPO supervisor was a butch but was one of the best supervisors I worked for in my 11 years. DADT, works and allows gays to serve. So what's the problem?

And don't even start me on females aboard small surface combatants or submarines! When I served, women were still serving on tenders, oilers, and supply ships. Even then, they had a huge problem with the girls crying harassment for nothing more than a male sailor looking at them. Then there was, and still is, the matter of women getting pregnant or faking female problems so as not to deploy. You know who takes up the slack.

Women on subs in those narrow passagways? I'm astounded that our Navy brass is so short-sighted.
