On the bright side, he will most certainly be viewed by historians as one of the worst presidents this country has ever had possibly surpassing Carter.

You are right in that he is disrespecting our Memorial Day tradition but in a way, it may be good that he isn’t going since I recall reading a post on FR by someone who goes there every year to honor a family member and said that last year was the first time EVER he wasn’t allowed in because BO was there. He said no other President stopped family members from entering Arlington in the past so this may be good for the family of Vets who want to honor their loved ones.
