BP could have fixed this if they were willing to spend billions of dollars.Just curious as to how, technologically, they could have already had this fixed. I assume it could be done with "stuff" already on hand and not something that would take awhile to build.

BP could have fixed this if they were willing to spend billions of dollars I'm curious about that too. BP is operating at the outer limits of current drilling and production technology and you claim it could be fixed quickly by throwing money at it. You're not a liberal by any chance.
