Could the Congressman be hiding because he knows that his own constituents don’t want the dismantling of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell bill that he is pushing hard.
I got a huge postcard from my ditzy, Obamanoid representative asking if I wanted to join some contest or something where I could win a chance to participate in a telephone “town hall” or something goofy thing like that. Now that’s weird. I’m not even a ‘RAT.
Stay on him people, and make him answer the hard questions. Good job.
Steny Hoyer just had a telephone Twon hall, He hasnt got enough balls to face us in a real one.
What a cowardly RAT. Not willing to have a town hall instead of meeting one on one with his constiutuents.
JAG A-hole who still claims he led Troops up Ambush Alley in Iraq. Has there ever been a Soldier,in History, that would follow a Lawyer anywhere?
PA Ping!
Another Rat who is dead in November.
Murphy is a JAG officer who “...was awarded the Bronze Star for his seven months of service in Iraq.[4]”, according to Wikipedia. The footnote is from Murphy’s own website.
I hate to denigrate anyone who served in Iraq, BUT
#1 - he was a JAG officer.
#2 - he was only in Iraq for seven months?
I had to help run range qualification for the .45 one day. The local JAG office sent over their officers. I don’t think a single pistol fired correctly the first time through. After one guy had two misfires I looked at his .45 which was clogged with crap and rust. I thought for sure I was going to die that day.
Eh, off-topic war story :-)
Was there and thoroughly enjoyed it. Murphy could have spent the ten minutes he used arguing with his constituents about not having a town hall - having a real town hall. Waiting for the one on one, reminded me of waiting in line for confession. : )
I keep getting invites for telephone halls from Donna Edwards [MD 4th] - AND I AIN'T EVEN IN HER DISTRICT ...
Telephone town halls are the last refuge of a coward. I have been called twice on Tom Carper’s(Traitor-DE) attempts to hide. Only one comment in either calls was not a softball. A gentleman asked if his resume was up to date. Needless to say, MY questions are never answered.
Writing personal letters, calling either of his offices, and e-mails on the website I pay for have produced nothing but “I/ME letters” that don’t answer questions.
I only want him to anwer one question: “What laws do I get to ignore?”
