That air pollution issue is just an interstate commerce canard. Air pollution can be sourced and “damages” can be handled in courts.

We’re better off with a slow, thoughtful, careful response through tort law than a single, all-powerful federal agency.

We have to get the Left the Hell out of our government, a monumental task to put it lightly, and defund every single Leftist bureaucracy.

Yes I know that’s going to be called racist, but we have to get rid of those bureaucracies, those Leftist bastions of mischief completely, or kiss this Nation good bye.

It’s the bureaucracies that perpetuate the Leftist base, and allow them momentum.

One side is determined to direct us and our economy centrally. They view their movement as a revolutionary movement. They are lead by a man with an extensive muslim and socialist background from a Communist party family.

The other side is composed of Americans who wish to be left alone to follow the orginal American constitution and belief in personal liberty .

One side must give up their belief, or it can only end in violence. Most likely they will try to use force to enforce a future outrage, and will encounter violent resistance.

I agree, and have been steadily preparing. Hopefully, once the issue has come to a head and is resolved, we can go back to the constitution and perhaps pass an amendment permanently forbidding entitlements and marxism, so to speak.

Sadly Americans voted this Marxist regime into power.

NO, NO. Those suckers that voted for this regime were NOT Americans!

Fatal mistake: They didn’t get the guns first.

Waters responded, in part, "And guess what this liberal would be all about. This liberal will be about socializing … uh, um. …"

The congresswoman paused to collect her thoughts.

"Would be about, basically, taking over, and the government running all of your companies. …"

NO, NO. Those suckers that voted for this regime were NOT Americans!

Maybe we need to use a new acronym: AINO (Americans in Name Only).

I keep having this recurring hope that Perry calls out the Rangers to escort any DC EPA officials back to the airport, making it clear they are not welcome here.

Where’s Rick?

Super pissed off, I would guess. This on top of Bamster sending National Guard troops to Arizona but not to Texas after Perry asked for help with the border...on top of death care...

The commies are a bit full of themselves.

It's not worth most people's time to sue. Much less prove that they've exceeded legal discharge limits. You need government for that kind of operation. But never ever should you have any "all-powerful" federal agency. That would be unconstitutional.

My entire point. Most torts are too small to bother with and inconsequential anyway. Let big problems be managed aggressively, but small ones will work themselves out.

“I think the writing will be on the wall — unless we start seeing better permits that address our objections, we are very likely to begin federalizing others,”

I'm sorry but is this story about Texas or Venezuela?
