Just to clarify, this is on their border with China? I saw the comment about the Chinese seizing their nukes. But if NK is trying to repel China on the North and defending against SK/US on the South then this isn’t your grandfather’s Korean War.

Yes, it is. My guess is it’s not to attack China. Rather, they would use them to attack refugees trying to get into China.
