WASHINGTON (AP) -- Responding to terror attacks like the Fort Hood shooting rampage and the failed Times Square bombing, President Barack Obama is adding homegrown terrorists to the administration's top national security priorities.
Obama's top counterterrorism adviser, John Brennan, said Wednesday the administration's newly revised national security strategy document will place homegrown threats among the nation's top national security concerns.

This is troubling to me. I’m taking this as the start to blanket monitoring of American activities. I’ve worked hard to take myself off of the grid, but this might accelerate my attempts.
No worse enemy to your dictatorship than your own people.

I’m with you. This is a troubling development. You have CIA, FBI, SS, local and state police...do you need another level of intrusion that is politically inspired?
A homegrown threat is what threatens his occupation in the White House.
Even though the last three attacks were down with islamic influence, they are going to focus on “domestic terrorists” like Paul supporters, Repealers, GOPers and Conservatives..
will it be available on line? I for one would like to see it.

However, these Pakistani Muslim inspired terrorists provide an excellent and unassailable pretext to monitor this administrations true enemies domestically. Keep your eyes on the domestic terrorists and ignore the fact that the Mideast is in shambles with the O's ROE in Afghanistan, the coming Isreali_Lebonese war, the slide of Iraq back into chaos, the rise of an Iran-Turkey axis. Also, a new Korean War is likely. None of this phases Obama but concern about how to shackle and criminalize his domestic critics is an obsession.
Does that mean Zero is going to throw Bill Ayers in Jail? The New Black Panther Party? SEIU thugs? Didn’t think so.
The biggest terrorist lives in the White House.
