Point # 2 - The Constitution grants American citizens certain rights under the Bill of Rights.

No, it protects pre-existing rights from governmental infringment. Not infringement by other citizens. But it most especially doesn't "grant" rights.

That’s true.

It GUARANTEES those rights as basic human rights given by God to all Human Beings.

All the more reason these rights are unalienable.
