From what I gather he ordered someone to FIX THE DAMNED OIL LEAK.

He will announce that he fixed the leak himself and put his hand up to push back the tides to miraculously clean the water.

AND THEN the narcissist communist in chief will be in shock when this does not help his approval ratings.
