Gold digger. So if she was asking for more money from when the rented it the year before, then why were the Palin's saying they were having a hard time contacting her? Heck this is getting interesting.

I am thinking, she was actually thinking.. mmm... gonna make some money. But, if that were the case, wouldn't Palin have been offered an opportunity to buy it, thats the best way to cash in. But, the Palins are not saying this.. that their neighbor was the villain.

If this was a petty dispute over renovations.. how does that make sense.. when they rented it last year, did they actually use it?

Who owns the house? Who rented it from who before?
All I know is “Palin” “neighbor” and “McGinness” Why is “neighbor” making renovations at Palins request? Is neighbor renting from Palin? And neighbor is subletting out to McGinness? Confusing and interesting.
