Why obama's sinking in the polls...

I can think of a lot of reasons. Basically it comes down to the word is getting out. Enough real information is spilling past the propaganda and spin of the lame-stream-media that more Americans, not just conservatives, are starting to see that:

• obama really is in over his head. He is unprepared for just about every single crisis or issue that has arisen.
• obama is stupid, he has surrounded himself with people that are ideologically like minded, but equally unprepared for the real world.
• obama is a narcissist. The self-love, self-promoting thing may have been charming or engaging during the campaign, but it has gotten old, and frankly just a bit creepy.
• obama is a socialist, through and through. His ideology is obviously not only at odds with mainstream America, it flies in the face of nearly every principle this Country was founded on. He is Marxist and definitely anti-capitalist, anti-liberty, and anti-business. He believes in, wants, big-government control over all our lives.
• obama is a liar. He will spin tales and ignore the truth. The "joke" is that if his lips are moving, he is lying. Sadly, that's not far from the truth. Every single public speech he has given - that I've been able to stand for more than a few seconds - I heard him lying. Not polite, "little white lies" like "no, that doesn't make you look heavy" - but insultingly obvious, bad, bald-faced lies. Does he really expect anyone to buy that excrement?
• Chicago style thug politics. Hey, I'm not bashing Chicago, I like the city. But intimidation, bribes, payoffs, threats, back room deals. All the worst kind of political maneuvering, the kind of things that give politicians a bad name? That's SOP for obama and his cohorts in crime.
• His stand on any one of dozens of issues from government run and rationed healthcare, to amnesty, border security, national security, dictatorships, Israel, Iran, North Korea.
• Two words: record deficits. Our children and grandchildren will be paying for obama's socialist redistribution of wealth ideas and programs.
• Birthers. Yes, count me in. Why is he still spending millions to hide his BC and youth? Where there is smoke, there's generally fire. What is "Mr. transparency" hiding?

Add it all up, and people are seeing obama for what he is - a huge mistake. Who-ever gets elected in 2012, their entire Presidency (first term anyway) is going to be defined by putting America back together and reversing "the obama effect." America won't really begin to move forward again until the administration after that.

These considerations are why I believe obama is sliding in the polls. I don't think we've seen the bottom yet. Back when he slid under 55 or 60 I said he'd long for the days of those "low" (at that time) numbers. Heck, he may come to long for the days of numbers in the 40s.

I sit next to a Dim at work and I told him once that there has not been one thing Obama has done that has made me feel I should’ve voted for him. He didn’t like that.

I'm with you there. I'll take it one step further. I cannot think of a single decision obama has made that I agree with. Nor can I think of a single instance of his taking a stand on an issue that I agree with. IMHO, obama has been uniformly 100% wrong in every single thing he has done. I believe we could've had one h*ll of a President if we'd had someone who had done the exact opposite of everything obama has done.

Yes, it is a catastrophe. It is evidence that our nation is “demoralized” as Yuri Besmenov warned. Next step: Destabilization.

It is why I am on these message boards every day urging that we close down our government K-12 schools and get our nation's children into private **conservative** schools.

I fear the demoralization is beyond the tipping point. It may be too late.

It’s not as if this is something new. American voters have always been pretty stupid. Hell, take a look at FDRs FOUR victories. Massive landslides, even after the New Deal crap, after the depression dragged on and on, after the court packing etc. Hell, search the long list of presidents all the way back to 1900, and tell me how many of them you could have enthusiastically voted for. Wilson? Hoover? FDR? Truman? LBJ? etc etc

I agree with your overall point, but corporate CEOs are on all fours with government bureaucrats. The only exception to that is when the CEO is also the founder of the company. Then you are dealing with someone who actually accomplished something and created something. The rest of them are fake phony frauds.

Worse! He is using tax funded U.S. attorneys! That's **our** money!

Department of Justice U.S. attorneys have repeatedly shown up in courts to prevent the release of **common** documents that ordinary Americans provide for many reasons.

Obama distracted U.S. attorneys from their important job of getting the bad guys at time when plots were being laid to:

**BLOW A PLANE OUT OF THE SKY OVER DETROIT
**KILL SOLDIERS ON THEIR BASES AND RECRUITMENT CENTERS
