Most of the WHO’s budget goes into supplying health care to very sick children in poor Asian and African countries, treating the injured and the sick in war zones, during earthquakes and other natural disasters etc etc, and providing heathlcare for all these billions of humans who have no access to modern health care or modern drugs.
