Reporters with Obama surrounded by Nation of Islam security agents
dailycaller.com ^ | May 30, 2010 | Jon Ward

Dispatches from the small group of reporters that always travel with the president – referred to as “pool reports” – are usually pretty mundane affairs: Air Force One landed at such and such a time, POTUS (president of the United States) motorcaded to such and such spot, POTUS did this, POTUS did that.

But Saturday evening in Chicago, as the pool of roughly seven or eight reporters waited for President Obama while he and his family attended a backyard barbecue at a friend’s house, they were surrounded by nearly two-dozen members of the Nation of Islam’s security services.

Here’s how it went down, based on pool reports from the New York Times’ Jackie Calmes. Pool reports are sent out to the entire White House press corps, as well as other reporters who ask to receive them.

At 4:10 p.m., the reporters in the pool were positioned at the corner of Greenwood Avenue and East 50th Street and watched as the president, first lady Michelle Obama, their daughters Malia and Sasha, and the first lady’s mother and brother and his wife walked up the street to the home of Marty Nesbitt.

The pool was then moved, in vans as part of a motorcade, to Woodlawn and 49th, where they waited for several hours. It turns out, they were right in front of the home of Louis Farrakhan, the current leader of the Nation of Islam.

As the handful of reporters stood on the sidewalk outside the vans passing time, a man came out of Farrakhan’s mansion and asked them to keep their feet off the grass, though as Calmes’ report notes, the only grass their feet had touched was city curbside property.

It’s totally bizarre how the NoI guys were acting

Creating a disturbance and trying to pick a fight by acting intimidating is part of their act. Personally I think it's recruiting/ loser retention tool. 'See how tough we are standing up to "the man", etc'.

It’s a quote from Khalil Gibran, Arab Poet

“If you would indeed behold the spirit of death, open your heart wide unto the body of life ... For what is it to die but to stand naked in the wind and to melt into the sun?”

These fake muslim idiots don’t even know that Gibran was a maronite Christian whose works were VERY Christian Bible based. His grandfather was a Maronite Priest.

The Kenyan narcissist is probably a member of the Nation of Islam.

The disgusting part is watching this racist trash destroy this magnificent Nation one day at a time.

He’s about to have a major HIMBO explosion. This is probably his attempt to distract people from his bi-sexual activities. Funny that they are trying to protect him from reporters lol

It is gathering steam and Hillbuzz is really providing some great info. I’m wondering if that health department info that was posted is correct and somebody just found out that Obama Raw was probably not the way to go. Do you think a reporter just found out that their life expectancy has dropped dramatically? This could get very interesting.

And that his closest friend lives ACROSS THE STREET from Screwy Louey?

Not a source, I’m not a reporter. If you look at the whole trajectory of the story and the behavior of all the primaries, it is obvious that something is going to break big.

Actually, it's a very good neighborhood. I live three corners away from where this happened. It it hadn't been an opportunity to make a scene, there wouldn't have been anyone from the FOI out on the street.

Ah, the lengths of absurdity people go to to avoid having to admit to having made a bone-headed comment. And do you avoid driving on any public roads because of all the criminals that also drive on those roads? Do you avoid shopping at any store because of all the criminals and other low-lifes that also undoubtedly frequent the store? Do you keep all your money in a mattress instead of a bank because at least a few customers of any bank will, without a doubt, engage in criminal or immoral behavior?

This is incredible. Someone in the White House took advantage of the moment to deliberately strand the White House Press Corp pool reporters (smack dab in the middle of Memorial Day weekend) in front of the most powerful cult leader in Chicago.

There two obvious suspects, both of them Chicago-land crap weasels.

Might I just take this opportunity to inform any in the press who might chance upon this thread, I suggest you are overly impressed with "Chicago" politics. Only chickens brag about their style of criminality.

Someone thought this was a really funny idea, a joke to play on two predictable groups of people, and it's just as likely these two suspects had a great laugh at their skill with practical jokes and quickly forgot about it, and them.

This is what the suspects think of Calypso Louis and this is what they think of the Press Corp.

Oh, and this is also what they think of certain of the Pride of the Treasury Department.

You just dig yourself deeper and deeper. You may as well declare that you're going to leave the United States because there are people living here who are anti-American subversives. Also, you're engaging in mind-reading and the argumentum ad hominem fallacy in your second sentence.

mulatto
The word ‘mulatto’ is derived from the Arabic muwallad, which originally referred to persons who were not ‘genuine’ Arabs, especially individuals born of black-white ‘misalliances’. With the beginning of the transatlantic African slave trade in the fifteenth century, the word mulatto first found its way into Portuguese, and then into almost all European languages, as the term for offspring of mixed European (Caucasian) and African (Negroid) parentage. (Only Afrikaans used the word ‘Bastard’ for such persons.)

I think you all have missed something else with why BHO is in Chicago this weekend. Blago’s trial is starting on Thursday, and remember who he wanted to testify for him. Maybe BHO needed to do some behind-the-scenes work here. Our former governor’s radio program was a corker yesterday, and this trial should be very interesting.
