Uh, the guy entered a gov't officials office with the express intent of committing a crime. People who enter dwellings with the same intent are legally able to be shot and killed in many states. (Castle Doctrine.)

I'm not sure Rosa Parks did quite the same thing.

And no, I usually don't decide what laws I will follow and which I won't.

What crime was he "expressly intending to commit"?

People who enter dwellings with the same intent are legally able to be shot and killed in many states.

Other than entering the building under false pretenses, what crime was he committing?

I'm not sure Rosa Parks did quite the same thing.

It was a crime for a black person to sit in the front of the bus. Rosa Parks entered that bus with the intention of sitting in the front. Should the bus driver have shot her under the Castle doctrine?

And no, I usually don't decide what laws I will follow and which I won't.

So if they passed a law which made it a crime to say anything negative about Obama, would you obey it? Would you just follow the sheeple down the road to tyranny?

Aren't you the "good German!"

If you can live with that, go ahead.
