Back in the early 1990’s, the LAPD discriminated against applicants who were white males.
White males, in order to be considered for employment, needed test scores of 100% AND they had to be veterans of the Gulf War. White female applicants, black males and females, hispanic males and females, etc. were allowed lower test scores in the 80’s and 90’s and did NOT have to be a Gulf War veteran. Blatant discrimination.
