Assimilation doesn’t mean agreeing with conservative ideas. It means living by certain societal standards, operating within the strictures of local law and speaking the local language.
That said, I wish assimilation meant agreeing with us. I’m so sick of this pro-Islamist poppycock that’s spreading under Obama. It’s actually dangerous, and that kid is lucky to be walking. You can tell that if the cops hadn’t formed a wall in front of him that those idiots were on the verge of violence. All it takes is one for the rest to follow.
I don’t give a crap if they agree with me. But you can’t go beating up people of a different religion or color or background. Muslims have no place in a free America as they have proved over and over again. Yeah, I know, moderate muslims, blah blah blah.
