The title of this poll is misleading. The proper question is not whether the American flag should “be banned in America,” but rather whether there are times and places where the American flag should be shown proper respect and not used to stir up trouble.
There is NO move — none at all — to ban the American flag.
This does not appear to be a stand-alone poll, but one prompted by recent news events, possibly the incident in California last month when kids were told not to wear American flag t-shirts to school.
Schools — just like business, police, military, courtrooms, airlines, etc. — should have a dress code that eliminates distractions.
There’s a time and a place for everything. School kids should be studying, not wearing political symbols of ANY kind. Their minds should be on learning to be productive and well-educated citizens, capable of contributing to society as adults.

I believe that, within America and it's territories, the US flag should be used to provoke anti American, unamerican, insurrectionists, anarchists, enemy agents, traitors and saboteurs into revealing themselves so they can be rounded up, prosecuted, imprisoned, expelled, exiled, or executed as the case may be.
Anyone who wants to ban the American flag is a sympathizer to this group and should receive the same treatment.

Should it be a crime to wear an America Flag pin or shirt with an American flag on it - of course in AMERICA!

Oh, so in school, especially when they study U.S. History, we should hide the AMERICAN flag so the kiddies aren’t distracted? I have no problem with kids wearing the America flag on their shirt - Old Navy has no problem with it either ... wonder why YOU do?
Being “well educated” means having pride in this country in particular. To be ashamed of it and only bring it out when it appears to not “offend” ILLEGALS is insane. If they don’t want to be part of our country, then LEAVE.
Can you seriously imagine Mexico NOT ALLOWING their flag flown or worn any time a LEGAL or properly registeres guest would like too? I can’t.
