Obama plans third tour to Louisiana

As the massive oil spill problem remains unsolved, US President Barack Obama plans for a third visit to the Louisiana Gulf Coast to survey the efforts that have been done so far.
The White House said in a statement that "President Barack Obama will return to the Louisiana Gulf Coast to assess the latest efforts to counter the BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill".
The disaster began on April 20 with the explosion of a deep-water rig that killed 11 people. The explosion has caused millions of gallons of oil to be spilled into the gulf and is considered as America's worst oil disaster.
The president who is being widely criticized for his inability to handle the crisis made sure in a conference held last week that BP is to be held responsible and that its actions must be approved by the government.

I saw the Latest video this morning of the Oil Leak and it looks ten times worse with this new fix.They cut the pipe to fit this new cone,did that increase the Flow of oil ? Sure looks that way to me
