Hey Liz! I hope you are well. We (minha esposa e Eu) have translated the Peruano Spanish for you. Peruvians are wonderful people. The funny thing is they tell me the same thing as every other Spanish speaking South American nation - they speak the true Castellano. Just don't ask my wife if they do. Here it is all the same:

"Calm down, Calm down...Gringo! Gringo! Let him talk! Please talk to me! calm down, Calm down...Now what are you going to say?"

That was all we could make out beyond the speech. Cheers!
