No, this is the guy who was the Chicago-area (it was either a Chicago cop, or a Chicago suburb cop) whose wife went mysteriously missing. Then, people started to dig around and they discovered that Peterson's first and second wives died somewhat "mysteriously". One of those wives was exhumed and re-autopsied, with the ruling being changed from accidental to homicide.

Peterson was then indicted on that murder, and is in jail awaiting trial. The police are still looking for his last wife's body, and it looks like they may have found it.
