Yes, of course that would be ideal. However I don't see that as reality for the most part. What should be and actually is are two different things. The youth today and even those 30-40 do not see retired people in this light...their source of information and reference is technology.

I will soon begin a new job which I selected for the flexible hours and the varied changes/challenges it would bring...and there is no age retirement. It will however offer lesser work hours when the time comes for that. Plus the pressures are far less....I will not have to take my work home with me!

I did much investigation to make this move, of companies and work environments which might be the best arena for me to carry out my plans. It is the first wrung to secure myself as much as possible in the times we live and the years ahead.
