And yet most voters still blame Bush, not 0 for this economy. This number is only going to go lower.

yay!

We can’t let up...we need him with a -30 by 2012 so we can save money on the Prez race and put more toward state races.

Round up all of your friends and neighbors who voted for this fashion statement and bring them down to the rail sidings....AT ONCE!

I think the current downturn is due to the BP spill. His numbers jump up when it was announced that the well was thought to be closed. As the truth of the error was revealed, his numbers tanked again.

I truly believe we’ve hit the floor on these polling numbers - they’ve been hovering in this range for months. We’ve scraped the bottom of the barrel for sentient, half-way rational voters who perceive the nature of our calamity; all the others are lost, and would approve of Ø even if he handed America over to a confederation of Muslim nations on a silver platter.

Does that mean I actually have to start SPEAKING to them?

Ø "owns" the current economy more and more with each passing month. Even some of his most devoted zombies will be unable to shake off this fact when gas hits record highs and we see an economic dip that will make the last look like a speed bump.

If that is the case, it makes me sad to believe that 25% of our nation could be so stupid...

I pray we get a better grip on our public schools and universities because it makes no sense for grauduates to be this dumb.

I agree. He needs to be at -30 and his total approval ratings need to be in the 30’s. I sometimes wonder about Rasmussen’s #’s. Just when O gets to a new low, suddenly the next day there’s a mysterious bounce. I believe the real numbers are even lower.....I hope.

Well some say that Ozero’s approval rating isn’t totally correct and the habitual oversampling of african americans by pollsters bumps him up a good 7% in every poll.

I think the Dems use these phoney numbers to decide how much they can fudge the votes on election day. Acorn goes into action where the say 7% makes the difference in a win or a lose. We have to win BIG to get control of Congress in 2012.

25% strongly approve: income redistribution, the destruction of Israel, propagandizing school/college students, increasing the national debt, illegally influencing elections, nationalizing banking and auto industries, taking away freedom of speech, confiscation of personal weapons, and weakening of national defense.

Actually, they don't know what they want; they just follow the crowd. Most of these people that I know are not employed, have never read a newspaper on a regular basis, do not watch TV news shows, or listen to talk radio — liberal or conservative. They do not plan for the future, have no concept of delayed rewards, and they spend their lives reacting to whatever is happening to them at the moment.

The rest of us need to start figuring out how we can outvote this selfish, shortsighted bloc of voters.

“And yet most voters still blame Bush, not 0 for this economy.”

And yet most of these same voters wouldn’t know where to begin if asked to articulate exactly how Bush caused this.

Obama's ineptitude on the terrorism front has yet to bite him. Several thousand city-dwellers dead at the hands of Islamic terrorism due to more lax interrogation and investigative rules will be the final straw for several more percent.

Yeah, that’s the real number, and it’s still two points off his worst real poll, 56% negative, 42% positive. But maybe we’re heading the right way?

People that voted for him that I know are still defending him! All I can deduct from this stupidity is that they are afraid to admit they made a horrible mistake.

You make a great point. This, and a continued economic recession will lower his rating - but only slightly, I believe. Significant terrorist attacks tend to galvanize this nation around its leaders, regardless of how they handle the disaster.

Again, we are dealing with a brain dead electorate who KNEW what Ø was about before the election, and STILL put him in as the leader of the free world. I don't think the electorate has changed that much in 19 months.
