No westerners, especially women should be alone in Dubai. They are targets. I hate to blame the victim, but she made herself vulnerable in a hosticle culture where she presumed a whore.
It used to be, that little girls wore tutus and learned to dance, and now as I drive down the street, I see that every other business is a martial arts center, and I see little girls wearing KungFuu outfits smashing boards. I think people are starting to reject their Hollywood “everybody and everything is equal” programming. Oy vey!
