She recently had lung “lung problems” and I’ll bet she was placed on prednisone for awhile and that made her bloat up. Remember how Jerry lewis’s face swelled up when he got COPD. Either that or the drugs killed her kidneys.
Just means they haven't been addicted long enough or have a mixed drug addiction like opiates or benzodiazepams on top of the stimulants.

She had such a beautiful voice, charisma and natural beauty. It’s a shame she got so derailed, and it’s a tough road to get back on track.
You are exactly right..In addition, she is, at least, premenopausal, which brings weight gain for a lot of women..Some, also, need the hormones, which make weight hard to lose. It is frustrating that people cannot accept aging in their idols and, of course, the criticism is not the same for aging male idols. The bottom line should have been the quality of her performance..not her looks.
