Actually, we saw a lot of this stuff during the Yeltsin days when the old soviet was falling apart. The myth of the russian populace's defenselessness proved kinda thin as people dragged heavy machineguns and even howitzers out of barns and basements.

More than likely. Marxists have no use for human life, it's just a commodity, only to be used to advance and build their communist edifices.
