One for the ARTH list, too. More evidence (as if any more were needed) that sending kids to public school is butchery.
Most parents won't even know this stuff is being taught so they won't know to opt out; plus even if a kid is opted out, he or she will wonder what the heck the classes are about, and the other kids will tell them. So this will affect every child who goes to these schools. They're not taught the basics (the Constitution was mentioned), or about the value of family life, monogamy, waiting until marriage, etc. They're just taught how to prevent pregnancy without a pinch of morality or virtue at all. Such things are now considered hateful because they are founded on religion. Only Vice and Evil can be taught in schools, according to the ACLU.
Children need protection from the promotion of vice, not sent to school to be saturated in such promotion.
Excellent comments on the thread!
In any other context, an adult’s getting together with a 7th grader (12 years old!) to discuss these subjects would be actionable sexual abuse. How could this *not* desensitize young teenagers about sexual approaches from adults?
Of course the ACLU and the homosexual organizations support it: they want to have sex with 12-year-olds!
